Negative: We recommend replacing the pans are very close to their end life.

Positive: Our Host was excellent. The apartment was very clean & close to the pool. The outside sun terrace & shade was fantastic.
Negative: Comfort - Needs proper beds in the 2nd bedroom. Camp & bunk beds are not ideal for adults. Location - Advertised as 'Accessible'. No mention of the steep slope from the road up to the apartment building. Pool - Needs some attention / maintenance.

Positive: This is a really lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment is beautiful and really superbly equipped and decorated. It has absolutely everything you’d need. it’s right by a fabulous beach with a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance, yet the area is quiet and not too touristy.You can catch a bus or taxi into the old town of Alicante which is fun, historic and full of character.
Negative: we liked it all. it’s on the ground floor but there are lockable shutters and it’s in a locked and gated development with a swimming pool, gardens and tennis court, very close to the beach. The owner was really helpful and friendly, she takes a lot of pride in the apartment and really cares about her guests.
